The Copernicus Sentinel-2 satellites are used to monitor vegetation, soil and water cover, inland waterways and coastal areas. The images found on this page are optimized true color script and uses the visible light bands red, green and blue resulting in images with natural colors that represent the Earth as humans would naturally see it.
