As an Affiliate of the international organization, Waterkeeper Alliance, the work of the Consortium is directed by twelve Quality Standards for water. They include being the voice for the waters within our jurisdiction, the entire Conewango Creek watershed. We are required to “patrol” the water quality with the help of the eyes of our members. We must develop our constituency while “promoting drinkable, fishable, and swimmable waters for all.” Our work will focus on media communications based on vetted science rooted in the integrity of the Waterkeeper Alliance.
