Conewango Creek Watershed Association (CCWA) serves as the fiscal agent for the Consortium and is a 501(c)(3) organization registered in the State of Pennsylvania. The Consortium is a committee of the CCWA, doing business as Chautauqua Conewango Consortium – a WATERKEEPER Alliance Affiliate, who has been given operating discretion within CCWA policies and for activity in accordance with the mission of the Consortium. All financial activity of the Consortium is reported within the financial statements and tax filings of CCWA and all contributions to the Consortium are tax deductible.
